Trigonometric Dictionary based Codec for Music Compression

TDCodec is the proof of concept of a codec for lossy compression of music signals. It uses a Trigonometric Dictionary, which has been shown to produce stunning sparse approximation of melodic music, if processed by the adequate greedy strategy Cooperative Greedy Pursuit Strategies

The codec falls within the usual transform coding scheme. It is designed to achieve high quality recovery.
